They are delicious cookies ... but ffff meticulous and I will tell you why :) you always have the refrigerator at your disposal, the dough should be divided into several pieces that will stay cold and you will take them out as you prepare the biscuits.

Mix the butter for 1 minute, then add the sugar, mix for two minutes, then mix the flour and vanilla and knead a soft dough that is left to cool until it hardens.

Remove the dough and divide it into two or three pieces. we stop a piece and put the rest in the cold.

On a floured surface we put the crust and spread it not very thin.

We cut with the shapes we have (fir trees) and put the cookies on a baking tray lined with parchment. Let the tray cool completely. Meanwhile, heat the oven to 180 degrees and when the biscuits have hardened, bake them. We will do the same with the rest of the cookies. Remove the fir trees from the oven and let them cool. be careful they are very fragile while they are warm.

We will melt the chocolate on a steam bath. We soak the top of the fir trees in chocolate and place them on a baking sheet. Let them cool again to harden the chocolate. I powdered them when they cooled with vanilla powdered sugar.

It took me a long time because my power went out for a while and I have an electric oven: (.... can you imagine ...
