Put on the bottle

We wash the chicken well and remove all the fluff from it. Peel the garlic and grind it. Cut the green onion into pieces.

In a bowl mix: oil, salt, pepper, paprika, basil, parsley, crushed garlic, lemon juice, chopped green onion leaves and wine. Mix them well, then put the chicken and roll it on all sides with this bait. We leave it there for 1-2 hours, during which time we return it.

We take a bottle, made of glass, and fill it on 3 quarters with water. We put the chicken in the bottle. We place the bottle in a tray, and we put a little water in the tray. We also cut a few pieces of butter and slices of tomato on top of the chicken. Put the chicken in the hot oven. We open the oven from time to time and stop the chicken with bait that remains in the bowl. In an hour and a half, maximum 2 hours the chicken is ready, depending on how big it is.

When it is ready, take it out and serve it with a pickle, a salad or any other garnish. Good appetite!!!
