It's an appetizing salad, full. It's "stolen" from a Bulgarian restaurant.
- 2 potatoes
- 1 green salad
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1 or
- a handful of olives
- 1 thicker slice of cheese or cheese
- 1 handful of peas
- 1 small onion
Preparation time: less than 30 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Harcea-parcea salad:
Boil the potatoes in their skins, eggs and peas (separately). Meanwhile, wash the lettuce, leaf by leaf and break it into pieces in a bowl. Add the potatoes, boiled, peeled and diced, eggs, boiled, peeled and sliced, olives, sliced (pitted), peas, grated onion and grated cheese or cheese. Cut the tomatoes and cucumbers and add them to the salad bowl. Add salt and mix well. You can serve with a dressing based on yogurt and spices, with croutons.
If you want, you can add at the end the small pieces of boiled or smoked chicken breast.
