Pasta with chicken

  • 4 thighs and 1 chest
  • 1 kg pasta
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 large capsicum pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 1-2 tablespoons broth
  • 1 dill connection
  • salt pepper
  • 2 cloves large garlic
  • oil

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Chicken is boiled in water with a pinch of salt. Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables. Cut the carrot, onion and pepper into cubes. In another pan put a little oil to heat, add onion; when it starts to soften, add the carrot and pepper and let it simmer for another 3 minutes. Then add the pods that have been previously washed and cleaned; mix and add the juice from the meat and season (the juice should be a little less than the pods). When they are almost ready, add the meat and broth, let it boil. At the end, add the crushed garlic and finely chopped dill.
