Mix the butter, which must be at room temperature with the sugar until it gets a creamy consistency then add the egg and vanilla essence.

Mix together the dry ingredients, white flour, black flour and baking powder and mix all in the composition.

Cut the walnuts and hazelnuts into small pieces and mix them into the dough.

At the end we put the chocolate pieces.

There are also bags of chocolate chips on the market, but I had chocolate in the house, so I cut a dark and a white chocolate into small pieces.

Preheat the oven to 220 degrees.

Form the biscuits, put them in the tray on baking paper and leave them in the oven for about 15 minutes.

This Viral Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe Allegedly Made Elon Musk 'Come Back for Seconds'

This might be the Tesla of all chocolate chip cookie recipes.

A video documenting the recipe for a batch of the beloved dessert has gone viral & # x2014 and it & aposs all because of Elon Musk.

Late last month, TikTok user Christine Skari posted a video on the social media platform that featured her creating the cookies that she claimed the 49-year-old billionaire tried & # x2014 and thoroughly enjoyedâ & # x20AC & # xA0at his SpaceX office. & quotThe chocolate chip cookie recipe that made Elon Musk come back for seconds, & quot a voiceover kicks off the video.

She goes on to give a step-by-step process on how to create the cookies, which originally came from blogger Debbie Koenig & aposs website, and eventually went viral, scoring over 4 million views as of Monday.

Skari explained in the video that she made the cookies at home and gave them to her boyfriend, Kyle, who brought them to work at his job as a materials engineer at SpaceX.

& quotHis desk was close to Elon & aposs and Elon saw them and sent his bodyguard over to get one, & quot said Skari. & quotHis bodyguard took it back to Elon & aposs desk and 10 minutes later comes back and asks where the cookies came from. & quot

& quotKyle told him I made them and when the bodyguard was like, & aposOkay, if anything bad happens I know to come back to you, & apos and took more because Elon wanted seconds, & quot Skari added in the video.

According to both Skari & aposs video and the Debbie Koenig website, the chocolate chip cookie recipe contains 1 stick of unsalted butter, & # xBE cup of brown sugar, & # xBD cup of granulated sugar, 1 & # xBD teaspoons of vanilla extract and 1 egg for the wet ingredients. For the dry ingredients, you use 1 & # xBD cups of flour, & # xBD teaspoon of baking soda and & # xBD teaspoon of salt. After that is all that is combined, you add 6 to 7 ounces of bittersweet chocolate chunks (the exact amount is up to the baker).

One of Koenig & aposs secrets is to mix everything in a stand mixer on low instead of high, like most recipes call for. & quotThis made the butter-sugar mixture hold the flour differently, and spread out less, & quot she writes on her blog.

This is what people are talking about when they refer to “The New York Times’s chocolate chip cookie recipe.” The cookbook author and writer David Leite adapted it from Jacques Torres to accompany a 2008 article about the science of making a perfect chocolate chip cookie. It’s a tad fussy: You need bread flour and cake flour, and 36 hours to chill the dough for the best texture and flavor. But when we say the results are worth it, we mean it. What You Need To Make Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ready to make the softest chocolate chip cookies ever ? Here & # 8217s how you make cakey chocolate chip cookies (and don't forget to get the full recipe with measurements, on the page down below):

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 ° F (180 ° C) and prepare 2 baking sheets by lining them with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter. Then, whisk in the brown and white sugar.
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking until they are combined before adding the next. After all the eggs have been added, stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, mix the flour, salt, baking powder, and baking soda. Add this mixture to the butter mixture and mix until it is just combined, and a few streaks of flour remain. Then, fold in the chopped chocolate.
  5. Using a 2-tablespoon scoop, scoop dough into 26 balls. Briefly roll the balls in the palm of your hand and place them 3 inches apart on your prepared baking sheets.
  6. Baking for roughly 11-12 minutes until the centers are puffed, and the edges are set.

Preheat oven to 350 ° F with racks in the upper and lower third positions. In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda set aside. Reduce speed to low and gradually add flour mixture, mixing until just combined. Mix in chocolate chips.

Using a tablespoon measure, drop heaping portions of dough about 2 inches apart on baking sheets lined with parchment paper.

Bake until cookies are golden around the edges, but still soft in the center, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool on baking sheet 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack and let cool completely. Store cookies in an airtight container at room temperature up to 1 week.
