First, prepare mayonnaise (warm water with a spoonful of sugar and yeast).
In a bowl, put flour, in the middle we put mayonnaise, eggs, milk and oil. Knead the dough well and let it rise.
When the dough has risen, spread 2 sheets for 2 tarts and place them in buttered forms. We fill each one in turn with salami, ham, tomato slices, finely chopped green onions, bellows cheese, bacon and grated cheese.
Put the trays in the hot oven for 15 minutes. Remove the trays, break the eggs over the composition, sprinkle with grated cheese and leave in the oven until the eggs are done. Good appetite!
