If I still received apricots (from the good organic ones from the tree: D) I put them in a jam ... it doesn't compare the taste, aroma, perfume, etc. to a jam / jam prepared at home. I want to mention that I don't -I have prepared for winter, so it will be consumed immediately.

  • 2 kg apricots.

RECIPE PREPARATION Apricot jam:

For starters, wash very well and clean the apricots, mix with sugar and leave for at least an hour. Put them in a large pot (I put them in jars) and boil them at the right heat, after leaving a little juice is added to the gel pack, it is boiled for about an hour, stirring from time to time. When it is ready, it is left to cool, even for a night, in the pot in which it was prepared. close and put in the fridge.
