Eggplant salad

Bake the eggplant on a tray above the stove. When they are ready, clean them, wash them and let them drain a little. Put it in the blender, finely chop it, add the cleaned and chopped onion in four, start the blender again. Add 100 ml of oil and salt and turn on the appliance again. Add another 100 ml of oil and salt to taste and "mix" a little more salad.
