ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 500ml milk (goat, cow or vegetable)
  • 40g coconut butter
  • 5 tablespoons whole wheat semolina
  • 90-100g coconut flakes
  • 1 teaspoon grated vanilla

For her pudding (* recipe after 8 months):

Method of preparation:

  2. I separated the semolina pudding obtained in two approximately equal portions. In the little girl's pudding I added dried plum paste and a teaspoon of mesquite. I left the plums to hydrate for about 2-3 hours and mixed them with a little milk until I obtained a homogeneous paste.
  3. From the baby pudding I formed balls that I gave through the coconut so as not to be sticky.
  4. In my pudding I added mesquite and agave syrup. I mixed the raspberries in a blender and added it over the pudding.

  • Choose dried / dehydrated plums, not smoked or candied. We know that nothing smoked is healthy, and candied plums contain added sugar.
  • Opt for whole semolina because it contains fiber and nutrients unlike the classic one.

Normally, after the age of one, I most often made this recipe in a simplified version, with fewer ingredients: semolina, milk, coconut, vanilla and cinnamon / mesquite / natural orange essence.
