Desert Capsunica Vesela

Peel 1/2 pumpkin and cut into cubes, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon on them and microwave for 10 minutes. Remove the baked pumpkin and pass until you get a puree. Leave to cool.

Melt the dark chocolate and pour it into the mini tart forms greased with butter and lined with a piece of baking paper. Put in the freezer for 10-15 minutes to make sure they harden.

Prepare fruit gelatin by melting the gelatin together with 1/2 l of liquid obtained from strawberry juice, a few drops of lemon essence and water. Let it boil for 1 minute and put it in a slightly cold bowl.

Then remove the mini-cake tins and carefully remove the hardened chocolate. Then carefully peel off the baking paper.

Pour the amber gelatin.

We place a strawberry on top.

We decorate with various colored decorative pencils.

Place these chocolate baskets on top of a slice of baked pumpkin with the peel.

CLAFOUTIS WITH CHERRIES Recipe + Video

Hello dear lusts. Today I prepared a French dessert CLAFOUTIS WITH CHERRIES. It's easy to make and you don't need sophisticated ingredients. The classic clafoutis is made with stone cherries, but you can put any other type of fruit or blackberry you want. The dough of this dessert is similar to that of pancakes, it is delicious and I hope you like it. I wish you to continue to have a tasty day and good appetite!

Ingredient:

  • 4 eggs
  • 130 gr. - White flour
  • 250 ml. - milk
  • 100 gr. - sugar
  • 60 gr. - melted butter and a little more to grease
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon - vanilla essence
  • 700 gr. - cherries

For decoration:

Method of preparation:

  1. First of all, remove the seeds from the cherries.
  2. Arrange the cherries in a 28 cm round tray. greased with butter.
  3. Meanwhile, take care of the dough: put the eggs in a large bowl, pour the sugar, vanilla essence and mix everything well with a fork.
  4. Pour the milk, melted butter on top and stir a little more.
  5. Then add the flour, a pinch of salt, incorporate them well, until you have lumps.
  6. Pour the dough mixture in the middle of the form over the cherries.
  7. Place the pan in the preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 50-55 minutes or until nicely browned.
  8. Let the clafoutis cool for 20-25 minutes before serving. Good appetite!

I discovered this collection of books more by mistake.

I took the first copy some time ago, when we were looking for books about spring for children. But when we first read the adventures of Zana Capsunica and were caught by the magic of illustrations, we had to complete our collection.

Baked chicken with lemon and herbs

A healthy breakfast is rainbow omelet, quick and easy to prepare. Saute a finely chopped onion in a teaspoon of oil in the open pan. Add diced tomatoes and grated carrot and cook for 1 minute in the closed pan. Meanwhile, beat the eggs in which you put the mushrooms and sliced ​​green onions. Add the mixture over the vegetables in the pan and distribute evenly. Season with salt and pepper, and cook with the lid closed for 2 minutes. In parallel, prepare the dough. Beat 5 egg whites with 125 g sugar and a little vanilla until they become a hard foam. Add the yolks, a little salt and gradually incorporate with a spatula, 125 g of flour. Pour the dough evenly over the caramelized apples, close the pan and cook over low heat for 20-25 minutes. Turn the pan over and leave the cake for another 5 minutes. The sweet smell of apples and cinnamon is dizzying!

Popcorn with caramel

If you want to nibble on something, why not popcorn with caramel? In the double pan add 2 tablespoons of oil and heat over medium heat for 1 minute. Add the popcorn corn kernels, close the pan and shake gently as the grains begin to expand. When they have stopped, set the expanded beans on baking paper in a tray. Wipe the pan with a napkin and put the diced butter, sugar, honey and caramel syrup on low heat. Stir continuously for 6 minutes in the open pan, then cook for another 5 minutes without stirring until it starts to boil. Quickly pour the caramel over the popcorn, covering it completely and stirring. Leave the caramel popcorn to cool on the baking sheet and in the meantime prepare the film to watch.
