Apple and cardamom cake

Sheets: In a bowl I beat the eggs well, then I added the sugar and I continued to beat until the sugar melted. I then added the oil, milk and baking soda quenched with a little lemon juice, essence, lemon peel and at the end, I added lightly, always mixing the flour. Because the dough thickens, after adding all the flour, I went through I mixed it and kneaded it :) .. I also needed a flour powder because the dough was a bit sticky.

I set the dough aside to rest and in the meantime I prepared the filling.

Filling: I washed and cleaned the apples, then I put them on the large grater. In a saucepan I put the butter, the cardamom seeds from the pods and the grated apples, which I put very well before putting them in the pan. I then put the filling on the fire until the apples softened.

On the worktop, I sprinkled flour, I cut the dough into 2 equal parts, I spread a sheet from the first piece, I placed it in a tray lined with baking paper, I sprinkled on the sheet and a little semolina and I pricked- one from place to place with a fork, then I put the apples and finally the second sheet, I greased it with egg yolk and I put the cake in the oven over low heat for about 40-45 min.

After I took the cake out of the oven I sprinkled powdered sugar on it.
