Saints

Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the middle, put the yeast with a little milk to soften. Add the lemon peel, sugar, salt, beaten eggs and knead until it comes off the bowl then add the melted butter, kneading a little more.

Leave it to rise until it doubles in volume. We form the saints. In the greased tray we place the saints given with a yolk, sugar and a little milk. Let them bake. When they are ready, grease them with honey and sprinkle ground walnuts with a little sugar.
