Tuna and potato tart

Dough: In a bowl put the diced cold butter, egg and salt. Mix by hand, start and gradually incorporate the flour. Put the milk and knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Prepare a rectangular tart pan. Spread the dough in a suitable thin sheet. Place it in the tray, glue it well on the edges, and if there is a surplus over the tray, cut it. Prick it with fruculita from place to place, put it in the fridge.

Filling: Peeled and diced potatoes, boil them in salted water. When they are well penetrated, drain them of water, pass them with a fork and let them cool. Finely chop the dill, incorporate it over the cold potatoes. Add the Parmesan and basil. Open the cans with tuna, drain the juice into its own juice. Put the cheese on a large-mesh grater. Remove the dough tray from the refrigerator. Put the potato filling, level it, sprinkle a little grated cheese. Put the plain tuna, then the one in tomato sauce. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top, then place half of the cherry dresses. Put the tray in the hot oven at 180 degrees. Leave the tart until it browns nicely on top and is baked and crusty. When it is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool a bit. It can be served hot but also cold.

A preparation that is made very quickly. In addition it is a cheap and tasty food.

ingredients :
500 grams of pasta,
400 grams of tuna in oil (two cans),
a tablespoon of broth,
an onion,
salt and pepper,
2 cloves garlic,
100 ml white wine,
bread crumbs (about two tablespoons on top).

1. Boil the macaroni, drain and wash under a stream of cold water

2. Pour the tuna through a sieve and let the oil drain well. Put the tuna in a bowl, keep the canned oil.

3. Finely chop the onion and fry it in the canned tuna oil. Add the finely chopped garlic, then the broth and tuna pieces. (You can also use shredded tuna and chopped tuna, or you can chop the chopped tuna, as you like). Add the wine and leave everything on the fire for a maximum of ten minutes.

4. Mix the fish composition with the well drained macaroni. Pour everything into a heat-resistant dish, greased with oil, sprinkle the bread crumbs on top (or grate a little cheese) and bake for 15 minutes.

Method of preparation

Finely chop the onion. Wash the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. In a non-stick pan, heat a tablespoon full of butter and lightly sauté the onion. Add the mushrooms and sauté until softened (about 5 minutes), stirring occasionally. Add chicken soup or water and boil the soup. Meanwhile, blend the finely chopped raw potatoes with 2 cloves of garlic and a little water. Pour the mixture & icircn soup. Let the soup boil for about 10-15 minutes, then blend it with a blender, then season with salt and pepper. If you want, add the Greek yogurt and before serving the soup, I recommend you add a little tuna (from which you drained the juice). In this way, the soup will provide even more protein and will keep you hungry.

* 300 gr pasta (I used striped pens)
* 250 gr tuna (canned, I recommend using Rio)
* 500 ml tomato paste
* 5 cloves of garlic
* 2 teaspoons of dried oregano
* 2 tablespoons refined olive oil (so not extra virgin)
* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (I used grana padano)
* salt pepper

First, I boiled about 700 ml of water in a pot with a little salt. When it boiled, I put the pasta and let it boil for 10 minutes. It said 11 minutes on the package, but I like them a little louder, "al dente", so I left them less.

In the 11 minutes, I cut the garlic cloves into slices. You can put more or less, depending on how much you like garlic.

Then I hardened them in two tablespoons of olive oil.
I didn't stop to blush. After the garlic has softened, I set the tuna (I drained the juice, I just put the fish meat)

I mixed well then I put tomato paste and oregano. You should put a thick paste and not tomato juice, which is too watery.

I left it to boil for 8 minutes (that's how much the pasta still boiled)

When the pasta was done, I drained it, but I didn't wash it (cooked pasta is not washed).

I put the sauce on them, I mixed everything well with a wooden spoon, then I put pasta in the plate, and I put a good spoonful of grated Padana on them.


This almond flour tart cooks very easily and is eaten as fast as it is made. It is light in consistency, and the almond flavor will not leave anyone indifferent. Let's cook it.

Beat the eggs with the sugar, add the melted butter, both types of flour (the wheat flour is sifted together with the baking powder and vanillin), the milk and the raisins previously scalded and drained well.

Mix all the ingredients very well and pour them into an oven tray greased with butter (I used one with removable edges and lined it with baking paper). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake our tart for 40 minutes. When it is ready, take the tart out of the oven and wait for it to cool, then transfer it to a plate and beautify it as we like best & # 8211 press it with sugar powder or cover it with melted chocolate in the steam bath (I have dissolved 3 tablespoons of Nutella with a little milk, I heated the composition for a very short time and poured it over the tart, beautifying it with a few strawberries).
