Spaghetti with veal sauce

It is a tasty and nutritious food for my dear children.
Fresh veal sausage gives a special taste to the sauce.

  • 500 gr. spaghetti
  • 500 gr. veal meat
  • 3 onions
  • 50 ml. oil
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • 150 ml. tomato paste
  • 250 ml. the water
  • 1 teaspoon eros track
  • green parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Spaghetti with veal sauce:

Boil the spaghetti for 8-10 minutes in salted water.

Strain under running water.

Put the oil in the pan, add the veal and stir from time to time.

Cut the onion and small garlic and put it to harden, add the tomato juice and mix, put a cup of boiled water and let it simmer, stirring occasionally.

At the end we add spicy pasta and parsley.

Serve hot.

Cabbage food with dill

Necessary ingredients

1 kg white cabbage,
3 tablespoons oil,
1 onion,
1 cube of concentrated soup,
200 ml sour cream,
1 tablespoon flour,
salt, vinegar, 1 bunch of green dill.

Recipe preparation method

Cut the cabbage, scald with water, salt and vinegar.

Fry the onion in oil, add the drained cabbage, add as much water to cover it in three quarters, and add the soup cube.

Sprinkle with chopped dill and simmer. Before it is ready, add a paste of flour and cream.


Cabbage with tomatoes: 1 kg of sweet cabbage, 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons flour, 500 ml broth or tomato paste, salt, ground pepper, sugar (1 bay leaf).
Cut the cabbage in half, remove the spine and cut the fidelita. Boil in salted water to cover half. Prepare a ranch of oil and flour, quench with broth and add the drained cabbage. Add a part of the juice in which the cabbage was boiled, so that it has the consistency of a thick sauce. At the end, pepper and add powdered sugar.

Veal with olives

Necessary ingredients

800 g of veal from the shoulders
1 onion
50 g boiled ham
2 cloves garlic 2-3 tablespoons oil
250 ml meat soup
125 ml white wine
salt
ground white pepper
200 g seedless green olives
2 tablespoons sweet cream
2 tablespoons coriander leaves

Preparation time: about 1 3/4 hours
About 410 kcal / serving

Recipe preparation method

1. Cut the meat into suitable cubes. Cut the onion and ham into cubes, crush the garlic.


2. Put the oil in a hot pot and fry the meat well. Then remove the meat and keep warm.


3. Put the onion and ham in the pot and fry in the remaining oil, then add the garlic and fry all a little more.


4. Add the meat again, mix and quench with soup and white wine. Season everything with salt and pepper and let it boil for about 1 1/4 hours, with the pot half covered, until the meat is soft.


5. Half the olives and 10 minutes before boiling the meat, add it to the meat together with the sour cream. The food is sprinkled with coriander leaves.

Aries meat in chili sauce

Necessary ingredients

4 chili peppers anehos, dried
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
3 tomatoes
2-3 dried chili peppers
1 kg ram meat (lamb-pulp)
2-3 tablespoons olive oil, salt
teaspoon cinnamon powder
teaspoon cloves 10 green olives
10 halved almonds

Preparation time: about 1 hour
Soaking time: about 1/2 hour
About 750 kcal / serving

Recipe preparation method

1. Soak the chili peppers and soak them for about 30 minutes in hot water and then remove the seeds. During this time, cut the onion in four and cut the garlic in half. The tomatoes are grown and scalded with hot water, peeled, the stalks are removed and cut in four. Make a puree of anehos chiles together with onions, garlic, tomatoes, dried chili peppers and 4-5 tablespoons of water in which the peppers are soaked.


2. Cut the meat into large cubes. Heat the oil in a pot and fry the meat well. Then add the puree, mix, salt and add the spices.


3. Leave the meat covered for 1-1 hours, over low heat. Eventually pour a little more water, but the sauce should not be too thin. 10 minutes before the food is ready, add the olives and almonds.
