WHEAT 1-separate the egg whites and beat with a pinch of salt. Add the sugar and mix well. Add the yolks one by one, flour, essence and mix. Pour into a greased and lined tray and put the tray in the oven until it passes the toothpick test

BLAT 2-the yolks are mixed with sugar, water, oil and beat until they double in volume. The flour is mixed with cocoa, then added to the yolk composition. Add the beaten egg whites and mix. The composition is poured into a greased tray and lined with flour (to be smaller than the first). Put it in the oven until it passes the toothpick test.

CREAM 1-Yogurt is mixed with sugar and whipped cream. It beats well. The gelatin is prepared according to the instructions on the package. Mix the yogurt with gelatin, let it cool for 5 minutes, then mix with the whipped cream and strawberry syrup.

CREAM 2-in a pot put eggs with sugar, then add flour, a little milk, sour cream and mix well until smooth. Put on low heat and stir continuously until the cream thickens, then let it cool. When it has started to cool, prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and add it in a thin thread over the cream. Add whipped cream, essence, mix and let it cool a bit.
