  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 jar of peach compote

We prepare cream:

Mix the yolks with the sugar, then bring to a boil in a bain-marie until you no longer feel the sugar. Separately mix marscapone, then put the yolk cream over it. Mix the whipped cream and mix with the yolk cream and marscapone. Cut the peaches into small cubes and drain them in a colander. We cover a tray with removable walls with food foil, we put a layer of cream, after which we will put biscuits on the edge of the tray, over the cream we put diced peaches, then a layer of biscuits given by the compote juice, another layer of cream and peaches, and a last layer of biscuits, which will be covered with another layer of cream and peaches.
