Dessert baskets with cherries and chocolate

Chocolate baskets with berries, a simple dessert with two types of chocolate, with sour berries and milk chocolate cream. You want nothing more than this simple dessert to prepare. Melt the Poiana chocolate with milk on a steam bath. Put the gelatin hydrated with 2 tablespoons of cold water. It heats up slightly (DOES NOT BOIL.). Whip the cream and add the melted chocolate and gelatin. Stir gently until smooth.

In each chocolate basket we put berries and on top with a pos or teaspoon we put chocolate cream. Decorate with mint leaves and if you want you can glaze with melted chocolate.

Strudel with apples and cherries, according to the recipe of the "King of Confectioners"

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Cover an oven tray with baking paper.

Peel the apples and cut them into small cubes. Melt two tablespoons of butter in a pan, put the apples and 1/4 cup sugar. Stir gently for 4-5 minutes until soft. Add candied cherries, vanilla essence, cinnamon, nutmeg and almond essence and mix. Put a tablespoon of flour and mix for another minute, then take the pan off the heat and leave to cool for 15 minutes.

Melt the remaining butter in a saucepan over low heat. Put a sheet of dough on the table and spread it on it with a brush of melted butter. Repeat the operation adding two more sheets. Sprinkle a thin layer of crushed cornflakes.

Add again three greased sheets, cornflakes, and three sheets and cornflakes and cover with the 10th sheet. Grease with butter again. Spread the apple composition on the surface of the sheets leaving a 5 cm free edge.

For the dough:

My dears, I want to apologize if I make a mistake or rather punch a word in my recipes, there are some words for example such as egg whites or yolks and I wrote egg whites and yolks (my attention was drawn). Well, in my area of ​​Transylvania it is still spoken and so and maybe by mistake or by mistake I wrote as I wrote in my notebook, this does not mean that I do not know how to pronounce, I do not mind at all that it attracts my attention, I only wake up well. ha ..ha. I have seen on other blogs and even on forums that attention is drawn to some words, but know that I will not change the word and I will not make complexes on this account because I am sure you understand, who does not understand to ask. and I'm really not ashamed of some regionalisms and I'm not going to pay close attention to every word I write.

. but let's move on to ours, from the above ingredients knead a dough that is left to cool until we prepare the filling.

For the filling:
4 egg whites, 150 g powdered sugar, 150 g ground nuts, 1 lg rum, 1 lg flour, jam or cherries, shit, raisins, chocolate. everyone prefers.

Beat the egg whites, add the powdered sugar one by one and beat well until it becomes a hard foam, then add the walnuts, rum flour and with a wooden lg mix lightly from top to bottom pale, pale.
The small forms of baskets are greased with a little oil with a brush, put a piece of dough and press with your fingers until the inside of the form is covered. In each one a little jam is added (I put cherry jam),

. and over the jam put the stuffing with walnuts, I put with a croissant but you can also put with a teaspoon, then put in the oven over low heat until golden brown. about 40 minutes.
There are a lot of baskets, it depends on the size of the shapes. I got 45 because I had even smaller and bigger shapes.

Sweets of all kinds

I mixed the eggs with a pinch of salt until they doubled in volume. I then added sugar, yogurt, melted butter and vanilla.
Mix the flour with the baking powder and place it over this mixture, alternating with the milk.

Line the tray with baking paper. Pour half of the dough and put for 10-12 minutes in the oven heated to 180 degrees.

All this time we prepare the cheese filling from:

250 g cottage cheese
150 g sugar
2 eggs
3 tablespoons sour cream

I put all the ingredients in the robot and mixed until I got a fine cream.

Remove the tray from the oven and put the cream cheese and the cherries, peeled from place to place.

Pour the rest of the dough

and bake for another 30 minutes, until golden brown.

Portion when completely cooled and powder with plenty of sugar.

You are what you eat

12 eggs
500 g cheese
530 g sour cream
400 ml of milk
400 g sugar cough
400 g powdered sugar
300 g flour
300 g margarine for baking (or butter)
250 g chopped chocolate in pieces
1 cup ground walnuts
60 g cocoa
100 g raisins
5 sachets of vanilla sugar
rum essence
half an envelope of baking powder
2 lamai
50g candied apricots (goji, cranberries or any candied fruit)
a pinch of salt

For the countertop: 2 eggs, 150 g sugar, 150 ml milk, 100 g margarine, 30 g cocoa, half an envelope of baking powder quenched with lemon juice, 250 g flour.
From these ingredients is made a composition of the consistency of the cake that is poured into the tray lined with baking paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes (until slightly hardened), during which time we prepare the next layer.

Cheese cream: 500 g sweet cheese mix with 2 yolks, 30 g sour cream, 100 g margarine, 100 g raisins, 250 g powdered sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar, and grated peel of a lemon.
The 2 egg whites fight well with a Salt powder and is finally incorporated into the cheese composition.

The chocolate layer: 250 ml milk boil with 250 g sugar and 30 g cocoa for 5 minutes. Allow this syrup to cool then add ground walnut cup (approx. 250 g), 4 eggs beaten well, 20 g flour, 100 g margarine, chocolate cut into small pieces, rum essence, a pinch of salt.

Over the cocoa top taken out of the oven add a layer of cheese and then the layer of chocolate.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Cream layer: 500 g sour cream mix with 4 beaten eggs, 30 g flour, 3 sachets of vanilla sugar, 150 g powdered sugar and 50 g candied apricots.
Pour this composition over the other 3 layers and bake for another 30 minutes.
